Overview
MBK is a group of multi-disciplinary, professionally managed auditing and consultancy firms established in the UAE in 2008 under the leadership of Mr. Rajeev Kulkarni and Mr. Nandan Bendarkar. MBK operates fully functional offices in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The Group comprises three entities and branches registered in Abu Dhabi and Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah. The Group serves more than 300 corporate clients across varied sizes and business segments, including local operations of multinational corporations from more than 60 countries.

Our Team
Our Managing Partner Mr. Rajeev Kulkarni is a qualified Chartered Accountant, registered with the Ministry of Economy and Tourism (MoET). He is a fellow member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and an Associate Member of the Accountants and Auditors Association of UAE (AAA). He is also an Associate Member of The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (CFE) and Professional Member of ISACA, USA. He has been in practice since 1989 with more than 35 years of professional experience in the field of accounting, audit, taxation, corporate law and business advisory services.
He has been associated with a number of reputed and well known audit and consulting firms as a partner/director in India, Sultanate of Oman and United Arab Emirates. Mr. Kulkarni is a registered and licensed insolvency practitioner in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC).
Mr. Kulkarni is passionate about mentoring young UAE National entrepreneurs, startups and students of Audit and Accountancy. He has been instrumental in setting up many small and medium size entities all across UAE and subsidiaries and branches of large diversified multinational groups. He takes great interest in promoting the UAE among international investors and the business community.
Mr. Kulkarni is a strong advocate of corporate social responsibility and has been actively supporting various social causes.

Nandan Bendarkar
Mr. Nandan Bendarkar is the Managing Director of MBK Auditing. He hails from a small town in Maharashtra. Born and brought up in a typical Marathi middle class family, Mr. Bendarkar finished his schooling and Junior College there.
For his undergraduate studies, he moved to Pune. His education qualifications and certifications are:
- B.Com from Savitribai Phule University, India
- ACA from ICAI, India
- MDP in Strategic Finance from IIM Ahmedabad, India
- FMVA from Corporate Financial Institute, Canada
- Professional Stock Trader Part I and Part II Series from Online Trading Academy, USA
- Level 4 Certificate in Advanced Wealth Management from CISI, UK
- “Train the Trainer” certificate from TAP Foundation, India
- He is a ICF Level 2 certified Business Coach.
- He is a certified Zoho trainer.
Over the last 30+ years, he has worked as a professional at various levels with Landmark Group, Al Hokair Group, Future Group, Neurth Group, Eurostar Group, EFS Group, to name a few. He has travelled over 50+ countries for business and pleasure across 4 continents. Nandan has been ex-Chairman of GMNI, an international association of legally independent accounting firms.
He has co-authored a paper- Application of multi-criteria decision analysis for investment strategies in the Indian equity market published in the journal- Investment Management and Financial Innovation.
Over the last 30+ years, he has worked as a professional at various levels with Landmark Group, Al Hokair Group, Future Group, Neurth Group, Eurostar Group, EFS Group, to name a few.
